1. General Policy
Oasis Public School follows a strict “No Refund and No Cancellation” policy. All fees and payments made to the school, whether for admission, tuition, transportation, activities, or any other services, are non-refundable under any circumstances. By making a payment to the school, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Refund
- Once a payment is successfully made, it shall not be refunded, either in full or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
- This includes, but is not limited to, cases of:
- Withdrawal of admission by the student or parent
- Non-attendance of classes after payment.
- Cancellation of admission by the parent or guardian.
- Change of mind or personal circumstances.
- Fees paid are not transferable to any other student, academic year, or service.
3. No Cancellation
- There is no option to cancel any payment once it has been made.
- Admission and fee payments are final and binding.
- The school does not accept any requests for payment cancellation through online or offline modes.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of exceptional circumstances such as administrative errors or duplicate payments, the school management may review the matter on a case-to-case basis. Any such request must be submitted in writing with valid proof within 7 working days of the transaction. The school reserves the right to accept or reject such requests at its sole discretion.
5. Agreement
By proceeding with payment, the parent/guardian agrees to:
• Accept this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.
• Waive any right to dispute or claim refunds.
• Acknowledge that they have read and understood the policy prior to making the payment.
